I started my process with a phone call with a recruiter. We talked extensively about myself, and I helped her gain a holistic understanding of the role I was interested in and what I was looking for in my career.

Next, I had a technical phone interview with a Flexport engineer. To begin, he provided an example of how a shipment gets to my home and described Flexport's role in each part of the freight-forwarding process. We then moved on to the problem-solving portion, and the interviewer was very engaged and interactive throughout.

Following that, I moved on to the onsite interviews, which consisted of four sessions. Beyond the technical questions, I could truly sense that the engineers at Flexport were incredibly driven and passionate when they discussed the products and tools they are building.

After receiving an offer, my recruiter connected me with multiple resources and individuals to assist me in making my decision. Everyone at Flexport was incredibly supportive and prioritized ensuring I found the best place for my professional and personal growth. Flexport is truly a company that invests significantly in its people and will undoubtedly create enormous impact in the freight-forwarding industry.
