A Flexport recruiter contacted me via email, and we scheduled a 20-minute phone call for an initial screening.
After a week or two, I had my first coding interview. It took about a week for them to respond and inform me they wanted to proceed with the process.
I still had two coding interviews, a project deep dive interview, and a hiring manager interview. These all took place within two days.
Throughout the entire process, they were helpful and responsive. The interviewers were also pleasant. I encountered no issues whatsoever. They offered competitive compensation as well.
Coding challenges were more oriented towards building working code for a certain game (checkers, some card game, 3 in a row...). They did not use standard LeetCode challenges.
