Looks can be deceiving
Good salary, benefits, and stock compensation. Generally smart co-workers. Exciting mission. Brilliant, effective marketing and PR team.
Too much bureaucracy and politics for a company of this size. Lack of real collaboration between departments and within departments. Too many people from consulting and/or MBAs that lack actual work experience and treat the company as some sort of academic experiment. Too many meetings without purpose.
