Good working environment work-life balance
For me, working here is rather comfortable.
uncertain future. not a tech-driven company. a lot of good projects are given up halfway.
1st round - One DSA LLD type question and building on it. 2nd round - LLD round. The interviewer was yawning the whole time. He seemed least interested in taking the interview. Not sure what kind of company I interviewed for. 3rd round - HM Round.
There were 3 coding rounds, 1 design round, and 1 director round. I did very well in most of them. The people were friendly, but their feedback was rather vague. It could have been better, but they were upfront and honest about expectations.
The recruiting process at this company needs significant improvement. Candidates are often interviewed without a clear idea of the headcount and then left without any feedback or updates. It appears that both recruiters and interviewers may not hav
