They claim to have far superior technology when compared to competitors, but the entire company runs on a 10-year-old Ruby on Rails monolith. Build time is usually 2+ hours.
The company was BARELY profitable in 2021/2022 when rates were 10X what they are today. Flexport will never return to anything remotely profitable.
Just shut down the company now, so that you can still pay severance to existing employees and give your investors some of their money back. That is what honest and responsible business leaders would do.
