We have a great office in Bellevue that offers beverages and lunch daily, fostering a startup atmosphere. Communication is open, allowing you to reach out to anyone around the world via Slack, and people are always willing to help. However, these perks are currently being reduced.
At the beginning of 2023, they hired a large number of engineers but unfortunately laid them off in October. I know one team had 10 people, and only 3 were left. Those who were laid off did not receive any stock options or bonuses. Additionally, current employees are also not receiving bonuses.
