Everyone in this company is very friendly and ready to help whenever you ask them. They use very modern tech stacks, and digitizing freight-forwarding has a lot of potential to be successful. Unlike many other large companies, managers also know how to use the tech stack and write code, although less often than regular SWEs.
Being on-call could be a pain. There were also some issues with over-hiring, so I hope that mistake will not happen again.
