It was a tiring, laborious process with 8 rounds. After an initial phone screen, I was called to Bangalore. There, I had a set of 5 other interviews with Managers and Architects. Then, there was one more round of interview with a business manager about business skills, etc. They checked design skills, business interfacing skills, communication, and system integration concepts.
When the whole ordeal was over, they kept me waiting. After 5-6 weeks, they sent a mail out with absolutely no feedback, just telling me they couldn't consider me. This made me feel like an idiot who wasted time traveling to Bangalore and spending anywhere between 10-15 hours taking questions. I was left wondering if they value the time of other people who come to attend their interviews.
The whole process was a total waste of time and energy.
