I have applied through a consultant. Then a recruiter from Flipkart contacted me and scheduled an "exploratory discussion" with the QA Director for the next day at 9 a.m. The interviewer called me at 9:10 a.m. saying they wanted to have the interview at 9:30 a.m. I got the call at the rescheduled time, and the interviewer told me about himself in two lines. He asked me to tell him about myself, and there was a general discussion on the agile process. It got over! I felt the interviewer did not know how to conduct interviews.
