Took 2 weeks, with 2 telephonic interviews followed by 4 rounds onsite at the Bangalore office.

Overall: Bad interview experience. The Hiring Manager was expecting a technology-specific candidate.

1. The 2 telephonic interviews were about problem-solving and coding - easy.
2. Onsite Machine Coding - Implement a given set of sales system functions in 90 minutes. The judge didn't have any specific requirements and didn't even look at the code. They seemed uninterested the entire time and didn't ask any questions during the evaluation.
3. Problem Solving - Hashing and Array problem.
4. Design Round (High-level and low-level design) - The interviewers didn't set expectations correctly and kept diverting questions all around the system. It seemed they had a specific answer in mind. They made fun of me during the interview by flipping questions when I was explaining something.
5. Hiring Manager Round - The interviewers gave feedback to the Hiring Manager immediately outside, which I could hear. Overall, the Hiring Manager was talking about how I am not a fit for this role. He actually was not interested in the work I have done and kept repeating his requirements for the candidate instead of identifying if the candidate has potential. He mentioned his own good work and how he changed companies.

The manager gave unrealistic and technology-specific requirements.

The manager should review the candidate's resume and work done before inviting them onsite or including them in the process if such are the requirements for the role.
