The technical interview process at Flipkart was both challenging and insightful. Here's how it went from my perspective:
Initial Screening Round:
This round tested my problem-solving skills through a coding test on platforms like HackerRank or CodeSignal.
Technical Interview – Round 1:
This was a one-on-one video interview with a Flipkart engineer.
It started with a brief intro and then moved to data structures and algorithms.
Technical Interview – Round 2:
This round focused more on system design and problem-solving.
Since I was applying for a fresher/entry-level role, they gave me a low-level design task like designing a URL shortener or library system.
I also faced a few follow-up DSA questions to test depth of understanding.
Behavioral + Technical Wrap-Up:
The interviewer asked about my internship experience, projects, and how I approach real-world debugging.
There were a few situational questions related to teamwork, time pressure, and learning from mistakes.
Programming-based questions related to C/C++
