The interview process begins with a single telephonic screening, followed by three to four rounds of technical interviews. These interviews will include testing your foundational knowledge, coding in your preferred language, and assessing your understanding of algorithms and data structures.

They are seeking individuals who are willing to take on more responsibility and are prepared to offer commensurate compensation.

Although the company was established over seven years ago, it still lacks established processes. The team I interviewed with was new and actively seeking highly skilled developers for a specific testing role.

The platform they were developing was highly unstable. They required a test engineer to manage CI/CD, build automation, deployment, set up two environments, build an automation framework, and conduct testing. Had I cleared all the rounds, they would have compensated me as requested. However, it appears they expected more than what is realistically achievable for one person.
