Pros: I got to work with some of the smartest minds. There is a great work atmosphere with a good balance of work and fun. I had a brilliant learning curve, as I got to work on multiple technologies within just two years. A lot of the work I did had good visibility associated with it, so it always felt like I was making a difference.
Cons: Bureaucracy had started creeping in. The previously existing flexibility in choosing projects had started fading away.

Pros: A good place to learn new technologies, particularly open-source technologies.
A good place to work on products, features, systems, and components from scratch to finish, from backend systems to the UI (end-to-end).
Cons: High Work Pressure.
A bit disorganized work, a bit of a lack of planning (unplanned working), and a bit too many parallel tasks, threads, or projects going on.
A bit too much competition within and across teams, with less coordination and cooperation.
Lots of youngsters.
More focus on coding, less on design and architecture.
Not much technology innovation, although business innovation is present.
