The recruitment drive was held on campus. Flipkart visited our campus to recruit students. Students were first shortlisted based on their CGPA and then on their performance in an online coding test on HackerRank.

The questions ranged from moderate to difficult, including topics like greedy algorithms and dynamic programming.

Twelve students were selected after this round. The next stages involved two face-to-face interviews, followed by a phone interview with the Hiring Manager.

For the first two interview face-to-face rounds, questions were mostly on data structures and algorithms. The last round was a phone interview, which was kind of a hybrid between a project discussion round and an HR round.
