Process
It was an off-campus interview, possibly the first conducted by Flipkart. The process was not very well defined.
- Gave an online test on InterviewStreet.
- Had three telephonic interviews (two technical + one HR-related, but mostly on the technology side).
- Had one Skype interview where I was told to code on a collaborative document.
They do maintain high hiring standards. The questions asked were surely tougher than those at Microsoft, Amazon, or Facebook, and perhaps at par with Google.
Questions
Question difficulty was fairly high, more so than most of the interviews that I have given. Questions were related to segmented trees and bi-partite graphs.
