Pros: Good salary, good brand, open environment, talented people to work with. A good place for freshers to be in.

Cons: People are extremely talented, but the competition within the team is very cutthroat, due to which they are very insecure. Because of this, everybody is more interested in showing off their talent rather than trying to solve the actual problem at hand. Everybody is talking about scaling, but management has failed in scaling the workforce. Just by paying a hefty paycheck to somebody from some IIT or IIM, etc., management thinks their responsibility is over. No structure in work, no second thought before taking any decisions, lacking long-term vision, extremely myopic – it's just that time is good, and they are sitting on a lot of money from foreign investors.

Pros: Nice culture, facilities, and a decent work-life balance.

Cons: Few ups and downs in work-life balance. Doesn't give increments in salary during promotion cycles.

Pros: Good salary, employee benefits, friendly workplace, and snacks.

Cons: Nothing as such. Good place to work in.
