Overall, a pathetic company that wastes your time.
Round 1: Telephonic - Just to check technical compatibility.
Round 2: Telephonic - Asked everything except relevant questions. Even I requested them to ask anything related to design, development, or architecture.
After that, I got a call from HR about a 1:1 interview. I told them my earlier interview wasn't good. She said I was being considered for a different team.
Round 3: 1:1 - Lot of MySQL questions. Case study and design of Twitter's architecture. Performed more than 100%.
Round 4: 1:1 - Again, further MySQL queries. Answered almost everything, except I told them at the start that I hadn't worked in Master-Master replication.
After rounds 3 and 4, I was very confident of being selected. However, I wasn't selected, probably because they couldn't afford the competitive salary, despite their commitment to best in the industry.
Really, Flipkart is a chillar company that doesn't value others' time. Both 1:1 interviewers received many calls and went out in between during the interview.
