Pros: Great place to work, and I see that people with the same caliber as you are earning more than you.
Cons: No salary hike has been given. Full-time employees treat contract employees poorly, especially in my team. It's really disheartening to interact with them. The HR department doesn't seem to care about our concerns.
I've been requesting a salary hike for over a year, and it's still under discussion. It would be better if they clearly stated that contract employees aren't eligible for hikes, rather than dragging it out indefinitely. The uncertainty is frustrating.
