Process
No initial telephonic call was received from HR or anyone. I was directly called to their office via mail, which was 10km away from my place.
They administered a coding round for which I had to use my own laptop. After the round, the HR stated that the team was not happy with my solution and that it was not running. This was despite a team member having come by a few minutes earlier and seen my code running.
It was a complete waste of time. They should conduct a telephonic round or an assignment round first, instead of wasting people's time.
This was very unprofessional behaviour. It felt like they simply needed a reason to call me in and then send me back.
