Process

Online Assessment > 2 PS - DS Rounds > HR Round.

This was an off-campus drive via Unstop for 2024 freshers.

Firstly, there was an online assessment round with a couple of coding questions. Selected candidates received interview calls. The process spanned over a month.

Then, in the first DSA round, they asked medium-level DSA questions. Shortlisted candidates proceeded to the second DSA round. For me, that question was pretty hard. I couldn't completely solve it, hence I was rejected.

Pros: Great place to work, and I see that people with the same caliber as you are earning more than you.

Cons: No salary hike has been given. Full-time employees treat contract employees poorly, especially in my team. It's really disheartening to interact with them. The HR department doesn't seem to care about our concerns. I've been requesting a salary hike for over a year, and it's still under discussion. It would be better if they clearly stated that contract employees aren't eligible for hikes, rather than dragging it out indefinitely. The uncertainty is frustrating.
