Process
I really liked Flipkart's interview process. It is very well-planned and truly tests your knowledge as well as applied skills.
For UI-1, there were four rounds:
- Machine Coding
- Problem Solving and Data Structures
- UI Tech
- Hiring Manager
All four rounds took place on a single day.
They scheduled another round for me over Hangouts for UI-2, as I got through UI-1. This round was a Product Sense and Design round.
Questions
For MC, they asked to implement a dynamic configuration table based on an API in 1.5 hours, using only plain JS, CSS, and HTML.
In the UI Tech round, they really went in depth and asked questions from all topics related to web development. It lasted for around 1.5 to 2 hours.
