• Culture (not entirely startup-like culture)
• Excellent pay. Believe me, they are top paymasters.
• Scope for learning and building a lot of new technologies.
• Great leadership with a tech-savvy mind (can vouch for the tech org).

Certain teams have poor middle managers who don’t bother much about the growth of their reporters.

Not agile much. Stand-ups and sprints are not actively followed by few teams, making you lazy and lack motivation.

No perks and benefits as such. I know the company isn’t the same as it was 5-7 years ago, and it has grown huge, now with close to 8-9k employees, but still Flipkart is supposed to be like Google

There is no dedicated cafe. You have to use the common cafe available at the tech park (Embassy Tech Village in my case, at least), which is quite expensive.

• Streamline and enforce Agile processes.
• Improve perks and benefits.
• Advise middle managers to motivate and play the roles they are supposed to in helping junior developers grow, as they may not easily get exposure to architects and VPs, which could prove to be a hindrance to their career growth.
