Lack of work-life balance. Office location far away from residential areas. If something goes wrong with your evaluation, it won’t change. Changes may happen only in the next cycle. This can be demotivating sometimes if the person wasn’t appreciated and their work done goes for a toss.
When an employee rejects their evaluation, that should be taken seriously, and upper management should personally look into the matters.
