No growth for Quality Analyst. There is no Team Lead for Quality in the Catalogue department. Everyone reports to everyone, and anyone can question everybody. There is no value for people. Internal politics block others' growth. Favouritism is all over. Upper management must be mature enough to understand that it is the group effort that makes the company grow, not that one catalogue did better while others strive hard with no results.
No partiality; be fair when judging every employee. The work environment is great, but a more systematic way of handling and documenting the process is needed. There are not many process documents, and there is no transparency. Good managers are needed who can handle the process and be more supportive and encouraging to employees, rather than constantly questioning them every time they see people.
