Excellent facilities and good work timings (but again, this depends on which team you get aligned with).
Most of them at Flipkart hardly work. I mean, they just find excuses and get over the day.
In the long run, the company would meet its natural end by trying to over-please themselves without actual accomplishments.
The world's most well-paid and, at the same time, dumb technicians/product managers especially can be found in plenty here. (I am not even joking.)
The problem with advice is that the management is not open to it. First, it's difficult to know who the management is. It keeps changing, as people just keep quitting.
