Once a great organization, has fallen prey to incompetent "money" leaders
Good learning curve and addressing important problems.
Can't match market compensation. Abysmal WLB, 10-12 hours is the norm. RTO. Replacing software devs with consultants for KTLO. Upper management isn't accountable and approachable. Don't value existing employees. Increased notice period to 2 months. Rolling out new features to the whims of product and EMs, without teams having enough bandwidth to address tech debt.
No org can scale and function without devs; you'd realize it soon enough with already plateauing numbers.
Treat current employees better.
