You can stay in the office and complete your work there, no matter what time you are staying.

There is working hour flexibility and a hybrid mode of work (work from home and work from office). Depending on your team, the ratio of 5 working days for work from home versus work from the office is either 3:2 or 2:3.

A meal card worth Rs 2200 is additionally added to your stipend. You also receive two-way flight tickets and 15 days of hotel accommodation. A free cab facility is offered by the hotel for 15 days from the office to the hotel and vice-versa.

As an intern, they do not expect many things from you. They provide you with some basic tasks for improving your learning.

Flipkart does not provide lunch to its employees. Due to this, employees avoid coming to the office to save on travel and lunch expenses. Pantries should have more items, as most US-based companies offer this.

Since your team is mostly working from home, it takes some time to establish a bond with them.

To set up the development environment, you have to email the corresponding team and ask for access. You cannot even install any software on your Mac without admin access. For admin access, you have to email another support team. Sometimes, the installation of simple software can take two to three days.

Every time you enter the office or floor, you have to punch your ID card to open the door.
