A big zero. Except for the CTC, you get nothing.
- No appraisals for continued two years.
- No leave encashment.
- No free food or snacks.
- No gifts on any special occasions.
- No celebration in office for any national festivals.
- No proper outings.
- No clarity on business numbers.
- Stupid CEO, keeps saying break-even every year, which he can’t achieve, and then takes away employee appraisals.
- No benefits of being in office.
- No cross-team operational excellence.
- No focus on innovation.
- Complete dictatorship in the company.
Don’t keep unrealistic goals. If you want to keep them, then don’t make employees suffer. Give away your own salary and give employees appraisals, please.
It’s not your cup of tea to do an IPO, so leave that dream and move on.
