Started off great, but downhill these days
Good pay.
Flexible timings. Although most people come in late and leave late, so if you're an early worker, you will end up looking like the lazy one.
Lots of good teams doing good work. Make sure you are in the right team during entry itself.
The cafeteria sucks.
No cab service.
Lots of politics, especially in some teams.
Lack of structure.
