Good company if you want to have a good work-life balance
Flipkart has a good work-life balance and cares immensely about its employees. There's lots of tech to experiment with.
The company has slowed down significantly. If you are ambitious, I am not sure this is the right place to work.
Promotions are non-existent, and you would have to wait 2-3 years for a single jump from SDE-1 to SDE-2.
Much of the time is spent on maintenance rather than writing new code. UI feature integration takes a century.
Compensation is low compared to the market.
