It has been a good experience for the past one year working with Flipkart. Very good salary and other great stuff.
Work is not that great as the amount of hype created. If you just bother about salary, this is a good place to work in. If you care about work, this is certainly not the company you should be looking for.
Please do not recruit employees heavily when there is no proper work defined for the recruited employees.
