Lots of emphasis on work-life balance (car lease, day care, health checkups, outings).
Room to show your abilities and speak out, irrespective of the grade of the listener.
- Due to a flux of management (senior management comes in from other companies), there is a mix/dilution of culture.
- Too much is attributed to product managers.
- Newer managers seem to take suggestions/complaints personally.
Try to bring back the culture of Flipkart a year ago.
