- Developers get full ownership of the project
- Work on open source technologies
- Leadership doesn't care about the employees.
- No work-life balance.
- No extra benefits during WFH, which shows how little the company cares about the employees.
- You are expected to work at night because the whole day goes in meetings.
- Systems are not stable, hence a lot of on-call. People prefer putting hacks rather than having a proper solution.
- Promotion? Hahaha. Don't expect it here.
