Promotion involves a lot of politics, which is very hard to get. Compensation and hikes are low. The company is very stingy. Work-life balance varies across teams, but for most teams, it's really bad. The number of senior developers is very low. Bad lower and upper management.
Management should appreciate the efforts of employees.
It's high time that compensation should be adjusted to market standards.
