They always expect to work more than working hours.
Managers don’t check the bandwidth of the team and keep assigning new work, saying this is P0.
Seniors will scold you if you do something wrong.
No promotion for years, even if you have good knowledge of systems and business, and developed multiple features and taken responsibilities. In a 1:1 conversation, a manager will bring up a point so that they can postpone the promotion.
Please work on the work culture. The work culture is getting toxic day by day. There is no motivation these days to work because of the toxic culture. People are leaving just because of this.
