Worked with a lot of smart people.
Got to work on a massive scale for the first time.
It was a challenging but rewarding experience.
I do not have any major downsides of Flipkart, except that it needs to do more to ensure that employees are satisfied with the work environment. Perhaps that has changed now.
The management needs to be more open. They must convey the decisions they make to all employees.
