Team culture is very good. We have great team members, and the quality of work is very good.
- Worst pay, no hike since the last two years, no IPO, not a profitable company. Good people are continuously leaving. The tech team is moving in the KTL direction.
Not a good company post-2023. The company is not thinking about its employees.
