Great things to work on if you are in the core team. Flipkart is literally the biggest Indian company in tech. Huge potential for learning is involved. Great team members and senior engineers are there.
Pay is pretty low compared to other similar companies in India. Very few hikes, bonuses, and it takes forever to get promoted. Management is messed up from top to bottom.
