Software Development Engineer (SDE)
There was no clear communication and no streamlined hiring process across teams. I had to contact HR again and again for updates. Multiple teams kept reaching out with a test link even after rejection by one team.
UI Engineer
You have to be patient and wait for the interview call, as the interview process takes a bit of time. It may take around one month. Once you get an interview call, the rounds usually take a week.

Sheer wastage of time and effort. I did not expect this from Flipkart. I called at 10 am, and by 2 pm, they were still unable to organize the first round. Better to look for other opportunities.
