Worst experience ever in my IT career! Not a good place for core IT people
Good benefits. CTC (if bargained properly) is still too low for an experienced guy, compared to a fresher IITian or NITian, and 42 leaves in a year!
Worse HR and management. If you are not an IIT or NIT guy, this company is not for you. Lots of layoffs, secretly.
Please bring good HR policies into the firm.
Make the management treat all IITians and others equally.
Hire some good managers with positive attitudes. Don't hire IT managers who always micromanage (even though they say they don't) and always threaten employees with termination.
