Poor Treatment, No Salary
Great place to work, and I see that people with the same caliber as you are earning more than you.
No salary hike has been given. Full-time employees treat contract employees poorly, especially in my team. It's really disheartening to interact with them. The HR department doesn't seem to care about our concerns.
I've been requesting a salary hike for over a year, and it's still under discussion. It would be better if they clearly stated that contract employees aren't eligible for hikes, rather than dragging it out indefinitely. The uncertainty is frustrating.
Kindly treat everyone equally.
