No self-learning and work-life balance if in the M3 UI team
Tech tasks, as the development, are all in-house.
Better peers from the North Indian companies that I worked...
Politics have started to seep into M3 UI.
No weekends, no work time can be called by a manager at midnight.
Horrific on-call process.
Dev had to do everything: follow up with product, design, test the code, deploy, and send mail & communication. Reply to on-calls, write docs, present them in demo, attend the stupid meetings, and then work after office hours to deliver the product on time.
Managers have started to show favoritism. This was not the case when I joined two years back.
They are transitioning to a dead end.
You cannot go against senior management.
People are afraid to give input in meetings.
