The management team at this organization understood that micromanagement is not an effective leadership strategy, and instead chose to foster a culture of trust and autonomy among employees.

Cons

The CEO's inconsistent and hostile management style was driven by greed, treating employees as mere means to an end. It was unprofessional, appalling, and showed a complete lack of empathy towards the team. The way he treated us was demeaning, and it was hard to work under such hostile conditions.

Advice to Management

The CEO should participate in regular coaching or mentoring to improve his behavior and leadership skills.
