The historic and charming wooden in-house bar, renowned for its cozy atmosphere, is unfortunately set for removal in 2024 to make way for additional meeting spaces.

Additionally, the company organizes an annual offsite retreat for all employees.

Furthermore, the company operates the Flow Traders Foundation, a charity organization committed to a range of philanthropic initiatives. I've had the pleasure of volunteering and participating in these foundation charity projects, which has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience.

The work atmosphere is greatly enriched by the presence of exceptionally wonderful colleagues, who play a crucial role in fostering a positive and energetic office culture. My team members and peers are truly extraordinary and technically gifted, and I genuinely consider them friends. Their presence significantly enhances our already remarkable work environment.

The recently appointed CEO, Mike Kuehnel, is fantastic and doing an impressive job. He is a down-to-earth and approachable guy, by far my favorite manager at the company.

However, he faces the challenge of addressing significant issues left by his predecessors. Even though there are many capable senior managers, it's often true that a single problematic element can negatively impact the whole group. As the saying goes, "one bad apple can spoil the barrel."

Best wishes to him in pinpointing and addressing the source of these issues. He should trust his instincts in this endeavor.
