The interview came after applying for the position at a career fair. I was given an interview time slot the next day. At the interview, I gave a brief introduction to myself and described my resume and qualifications. Then I was given very specific questions, outlined by Ford, that seemed to be standard interview questions.

Cons: I did not have a lot of negative experience. Although, I feel that in such a big company, it was easy to get lost in its expansiveness.
