Pros: Competitive pay and benefits, good opportunities, lots to learn. Traveling is possible if you like it. The environment is friendly, and people are generally helpful.
Cons: Management sometimes makes questionable choices and flip-flops. But it only changes job responsibilities slightly, not the amount of work. Not as technical as I'd like, but you still learn a lot if you take the initiative.
