I went through an initial interview with the staffing agency to discuss my resume and talk about opportunities.
I had a short interview with my hiring managers at Ford.
We discussed my resume and I answered questions about my work experiences.
There were not a lot of technical questions during the interview.

If you want to fight off boredom and collect a check, then I can't recommend Ford enough.
