Ford came to our college for the GET role. The shortlist was published by our college and the company, and eligible candidates could sit for the AMCAT exam.
The AMCAT exam had technical and aptitude questions, and there were two codes. I cleared the AMCAT, and they shortlisted 40 students for the final interview. The final interview included technical and managerial questions.
