Process

The stage hiring process:

  1. Online application and website-based assessment test. There are 7 days given from the day you get the link to the WBA. It had 25 verbal comprehension-based questions to be answered in 18 minutes and 18 math questions to be answered in 15 minutes. Alongside that, you have an interesting vulture fit test, which is a bunch of jumbled statements and you will have to prioritize them based on your principles of work ethics.

The second stage of the interview is telephonic, discussing your background and experience.

Third stage is the direct interview with a panel of three on situation-based, technical, and behavioral questions. This is a long one, for around 2 hours.
