The stage hiring process:
- Online application and website-based assessment test. There are 7 days given from the day you get the link to the WBA. It had 25 verbal comprehension-based questions to be answered in 18 minutes and 18 math questions to be answered in 15 minutes. Alongside that, you have an interesting vulture fit test, which is a bunch of jumbled statements and you will have to prioritize them based on your principles of work ethics.
The second stage of the interview is telephonic, discussing your background and experience.
Third stage is the direct interview with a panel of three on situation-based, technical, and behavioral questions. This is a long one, for around 2 hours.

Pros: Constructive work environment and no micromanagement. Most of it depends on the kind of supervisor.
Lot of learning opportunities and a flexible schedule.
Cons: It takes a while before you get your first project. The workload is kind of imbalanced; either you're too busy wishing that you had a 48-hour day, or you barely have anything to do.

Comfortable But Unstable Contract

Pros: It's very slow and comfortable. When it gets busy, it's terrible, but that's just sometimes.
Cons: No guarantees. I got laid off and rehired under a worse contract. They lied on the job description and in the interview, and the job is much more boring than they advertised it to be. Being a contract employee means you get treated like a lesser being, I swear.
