Pros: Learned the basic role of a process engineer for the manufacturing plant.
Great people - engineers are friendly and answer any of your questions.
Definitely a good first internship experience.
Cons: Co-op not really structured with planned projects. You mostly complete random tasks or help the other engineers complete their work. You might only have one or two projects that are mostly your own. Most days were spent playing on my phone.

Cons: Absolutely horrible relationship between UAW and the company at Ford KCAP. Be weary.
